The work crew was equally passionate about sailing and boat building.  Ranging in age from early twenties to mid-fifties, they broughtr to their work more than one hundred years of experience. Among them was a master craftsman, Dale Shipporeit (left), who helped build America’s Cup racers and captained sail boats, a rigger who had sailed the world, and several others who raced their own smaller boats.
